About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a contract for custom wood tables at F.E. Warren Air Force Base in Wyoming. The requirement includes nine tables with specific dimensional requirements: varying lengths from 9'4" to 21'4", all 24" wide and deep, with a finished height between 30"-31". Tables must have hardwood or solid wood tops with polyurethane finish, metal or hardwood bases, and 9"-14" modesty panels. The contractor is responsible for removing approximately 150 linear feet of existing wood tables and installing new tables within four consecutive business days, with total project completion required within 120 days after award.
The procurement is a sources sought announcement targeting small business manufacturers under NAICS code 337211 (Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing). The government will use responses to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, potentially setting aside the contract for small businesses. Responses were due by April 14, 2025, at 1000 Mountain Standard Time, with submission to specific Air Force contract personnel. Key requirements include tables that can support at least 50 pounds, are stable and level, and installed on the first floor of a facility without a loading dock. An optional separately priced line item for missile inlay design on two specific tables is also included.
