The glazing must limit inward viewing while maintaining outward visibility during day and night operations per UFC 4-023-07. Existing window frames will be reused. The contractor must field-verify window measurements and provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision necessary for installation. The Period of Performance is 90 days from Notice to Proceed. Work will be performed at STRATCOM Gate, B51, between 0800-1700 Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must designate a contract manager available during these hours with full authority to act on contract matters. A Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will be designated separately to monitor technical performance and compliance. The Government will determine the contract type (not specified in this PWS). The contractor is responsible for safeguarding all government equipment and property and must attend post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings at no additional cost.
