About this file
This document is a comprehensive list of provisions and clauses applicable to federal contract solicitations and awards, organized by regulatory source.
The document consolidates Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions covering standard federal contracting requirements including gratuities, anti-corruption certifications, System for Award Management registration, small business solicitation, labor standards, trafficking in persons compliance, Buy American requirements, trade agreements, and various security and disclosure representations. Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses address Department of Defense-specific requirements such as compensation of former DoD officials, cybersecurity maturity model certification, supply chain risk management, restricted business operations in designated countries, and acquisition of controlled materials. Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) provisions include the AFSOC Ombudsman clause for addressing offeror concerns, health and safety requirements on government installations, and contractor access protocols to Air Force installations, along with a clause requiring notification of government security activities and DD Form 254 compliance for classified contract work. The document also lists class deviations from standard FAR requirements related to waste reduction, sustainable products and services, and annual representations and certifications. No specific products, services, response dates, or pricing information is included; this is a reference document establishing the regulatory framework and required contract language for Air Force solicitations and awards.
