Vendors will also be subject to temperature screening and questioning at the entrance of the installation. Vendors desiring a site visit can coordinate with Brian Kaley, (717) 770-4035.

(Attachment 2 of RFQ). The drawings will be made part of the awarded contract and all quantities of furniture shown on the contract drawings shall be included in the vendor's quote. g. Technical: The vendor shall furnish descriptive technical information for each furniture component shown on the contract drawings for Government review and approval. The vendor shall also include a detailed BOM for all components of the proposed solution
h. Electronic Contractor Man-Hour Reporting. Section 2330a of title 10, United States
Code (10 USC 2330a), requires the Secretary of Defense to submit to Congress an annual inventory of contracts for services performed during the prior fiscal year for or on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD). The contractor manpower reporting requirement allows DoD to obtain information from contractors and DoD activities requiring contracted services from supporting contracting offices. Contractors are required to report manpower data related to the performance of services consistent with existing service contract reporting requirements under the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR). It is anticipated this data will be entered into the System for Award
Management (www.sam.gov) to allow industry to report all manpower data into a single Federal-wide portal, removing duplicative requirements; however, contractors should continue reporting using ECMRA in the interim, as the manpower community still uses it.\
i. Service Contract Act. The labor performed in completion of this project is subject to the Service Contract Act. Wage Determination 2015-4245 Rev 10 dated December
23, 2019 is provided as attachment 4. The subject employee labor category is 09000 and the labor class is 09040 Furniture Handler. The base wage is $13.45 plus fringes.
