About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule template for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation for pre-filled acid vials. The USGS National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL) seeks to establish a single-award BPA for acid vials containing pre-filled acid solutions to support Water Resource Discipline (WRD) sampling and testing activities. The anticipated period of performance runs from September 16, 2026, through September 15, 2028, with a maximum ordering limit of $350,000.00 for the two-year term. Vendors must provide firm-fixed pricing on three acid products: 2.0 mL of 7.5-7.7N Ultrex grade nitric acid solution (JT Baker) with estimated 900 cases per year; 1 mL of 4.5N sulfuric acid trace metal grade solution (Fisher Chemical) with estimated 1,300 cases per year; and 2 mL of 6N hydrochloric acid solution (EMD Millipore) with estimated 200 cases per year. Each case contains 24 vials of 4.5 mL polypropylene copolymer screw cap vials. Vendors may propose equivalent brands and must provide the manufacturer and product number for any equivalent substitutions on rows 10, 12, and 14 of the pricing schedule.

Delivery must be FOB Destination with supplies received no later than 30 business days after receipt of order, including federal holidays. Vendors are required to provide separate unit prices and total amounts for Year 1 and Year 2. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside, operates under NAICS code 325199 (All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and requires vendors to maintain active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of offer submission and award. The Contracting Officer Representative is Douglas L. Mynard.
