Performance Work Statement for
Window Cleaning
1.0 SCOPE
Clean windows and interior glass on Wright-Patterson AFB.
2.0 INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
AFLCMC/XA is in need of window cleaning services. This contract is meant to provide an avenue to acquire that service.
3.0 REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Clean windows and interior glass. The contractor shall provide equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the exterior and interior window cleaning services.
3.0 CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS
4.0 Period of Performance. The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year and four
(4) option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows:
Base Year Option Year I Option Year II Option Year III Option Year IIII
4.1 Quality Assurance. The Government will monitor the Contractor’s performance. The Government reserves the right to review services being provided.
4.2 Quality Control. The Contractor is solely responsible for the quality of services provided.
The Contractor is also liable for the Contractor employee negligence, and any fraud, waste, or abuse. Re-performance of any work for failure to perform in accordance with the specified requirement shall be completed at the Contractor’s own expense and at no additional cost to the Government.
4.3 Place of Performance. Work will occur at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH.
4.4 Normal Hours of Operation. Work will be scheduled is between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
4.5 Government Furnished Equipment/Information. The Government will provide access to all Government facilities as necessary.
