About this file

This document is a Sources Sought notice for a commercial acquisition by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to determine potential sources for recurring procurements of various items listed in the NOAA Fleet Formulary and Medical Inventory (NFFMI) for NOAA's fleet of research, fishery, and hydrographic vessels. NOAA is seeking information from all types of business concerns, including large businesses, small businesses, and nonprofit and educational institutions, that have the capability to provide the required medical supplies and pharmaceuticals. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement by December 4, 2024, which should include company information, experience with supplying medical supplies to maritime vessels, technical challenges, and feedback on the draft Statement of Work. This is not a request for technical or cost proposals, and no contract will be awarded based on the responses to this Sources Sought notice.
