About this file
This is a Fixed Amount Milestone Payment Plan attachment detailing the payment schedule for a Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) grant award. The plan outlines five key milestones and deliverables: 1) A virtual kick-off meeting to be held within 3 weeks of award, 2) A draft project summary for the website due 10 months after award with a 30-day FHWA review period and 15-day revision period, 3) Three quarterly project website updates during Year 2, 4) Eight quarterly progress reports documenting activities and issues, and 5) An annual budget review and program plan for Year 2 due 60 days before the anniversary date.
The payment structure is fixed-amount based, meaning the recipient is not required to report actual costs but rather receives predetermined payments upon successful completion of each milestone. Payment amounts are to be filled in at time of award. FHWA will evaluate acceptable completion based on timeliness, quality, professionalism, and compliance with award terms. This payment plan appears to be part of the Garrett A. Morgan Technology and Transportation Education Program (GAMTTEP) grant opportunity, which has a total funding availability of $1.8 million with individual awards up to $300,000.
