Interested companies must submit a capabilities statement by close of business on 13 June 2025 to Peter Mitchell via email, addressing specific criteria including intellectual property status, manufacturing capabilities, FDA approval history, experience with controlled substances, and estimated production capacity. The RFI specifically requests information about per-unit cost and monthly manufacturing potential. Respondents must provide detailed company information, including business classification, and are limited to a 30-page submission. This is a market research effort and does not constitute a formal solicitation, with responses becoming government property and not subject to return.
