IC Specifica ons

Specifications for Ion Chromatograph (IC) at Arnold Air Force Base, TN;

Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC)

Provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to provide a new fully functional Ion Chromatograph. Refurbished or remanufactured parts are not authorized for this requirement.

1) Full Reagent-Free IC (RFIC) support including Eluent Generation and Electrolytically

Regenerated Suppression

- Integrated vacuum degas for in-line degassing of eluents

- Chemically inert, metal-free PEEK flow path

- High-pressure tolerant system (0-35 MPa)

- Support for continuously regenerated chemical suppression

- Serial dual-reciprocating piston pump

- 6-port, 2-position injection valve

- Conductivity detector and cell with thermal control and output range up to 18,000 µS/cm

- Eluent shut-off valve

- Leak sensor

2) AS-DV Autosampler

3) Eluent Monitor Kit

4) Thermo Scientific Dionex Inuvion Column Heater (or equivalent)

- Precise temperature control over a wide temperature range

- Heater supports 2mm to 5mm guard and separator columns

- Temp range 10 to 60 °C, minimum 5 °C above ambient

5) PEEK Viper Fittings Kit

6) Dionex CR-ATC 600 Trap Column (or equivalent)

- Continuously regenerated anion trip column

7) Dionex EGC 500 (Potassium Hydroxide) KOH Gererator Cartridge (or equivalent)
