About this file
This document is a Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for a federal contract opportunity to provide and install video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and audio/visual (A/V) upgrades for three conference rooms at U.S. Space Command facilities in Colorado.
The SOW requires the contractor to procure and install three VTC systems capable of unclassified and secure audio and video conferencing, including Microsoft Teams capability on NIPR and SIPR networks. The systems must support various meeting types and have specific technical requirements such as dual 65" displays, digital signal processing, camera perspectives, touch screen controls, LED signage, and UPS backup power. The contractor is also responsible for training, one year of maintenance, and phased installation to minimize disruption, with the 1612 Conference Room at Peterson SFB having the highest priority. All equipment must be new, on approved product lists, and meet cybersecurity requirements. The government will provide power and network connectivity. The target award is 90 days for full installation and operational testing.
