About this file

This is a Cost Sheet (Exhibit B - Attachment 1) from the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Agreement Number 25-0001, which outlines required laboratory testing services for dairy products. The document details various test methods and types that bidders must provide pricing for, including Standard Plate Count, Laboratory Pasteurization Count, Coliform Bacteria testing, Inhibitory Substances testing using various methods (Charm SL, Delvo P5, Charm SL3, IDEXX SNAP), Somatic Cell Count, Dairy Waters testing, Alkaline Phosphatase, Residual Bacterial Count, Residual Coliform Count, and Yeast and Mold counts.

The pricing structure requires bidders to submit per-analysis costs for each test type, with all costs including labor, quality control testing, equipment, parts, materials, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel, and per diem expenses. Bidders must provide pricing for all items, as blank cells may result in bid rejection. The grand total of all per-analysis costs will be used to determine the lowest responsive bid for evaluation purposes. The testing methods are based on the Standard Methods for the Examination of Dairy Products, 17th Edition (2004), of the American Public Health Association.
