About this file

This is a Statement of Work for the repair and evaluation of a Radio Receiver (NSN: 5820013268950, Part Number: 200-120675-01), with a quantity of one unit to be performed for the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center under solicitation FA825026Q0592.

The contractor shall perform test, teardown, and evaluation (TT&E) activities to inspect the radio receiver and determine its condition through visual, mechanical, and electrical testing. Upon completion of TT&E, the contractor must identify all components requiring repair or replacement by part number, NSN, nomenclature, and location, then report findings in writing to the Procurement Contracting Officer and Defense Contract Management Agency Administrative Contracting Officer for approval. If repair is required, the contractor shall perform repairs or replacement of all failed parts and components, clean and configure the unit, refinish as necessary, and conduct testing to meet original specifications. The end item must be returned in serviceable like-new condition in either scenario. Work is not essential in a crisis situation, and the repair effort is performed on a not-to-exceed (NTE) basis. This is a firm-fixed-price or cost-reimbursable repair contract depending on the approved scope following the TT&E phase.
