About this file

This document contains a solicitation for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award task order contract for environmental consulting services. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District is seeking proposals for up to three awards of a five-year contract with a six-month extension option. The maximum value of all task orders issued is $49 million. Eligible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management under NAICS Code 541620 for Environmental Consulting Services. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by March 15, 2021 and must be submitted in writing via email. Proposals are due based on instructions in the solicitation addendums. The contract will utilize firm-fixed-price task orders for services such as environmental assessments, industrial hygiene surveys, hazardous waste remediation, and contaminated water quality assessments. Pricing terms include fully loaded hourly rates by labor category that establish caps for task order proposals and modifications over five ordering periods and a six-month extension. The set-aside is 100% for small businesses.
