STATEMENT OF WORK
B7429 BOILER REPLACEMENT
1. SCOPE OF NEED. The Government requires a Cleaver Brooks Model # CBLE-4D-700-
100-125HW (460/3/60)-UC-STD/CFG Boiler. No substitutions will be considered. The boiler shall be delivered to 1675 Gott street, JBSA-Lackland, TX 78236
2. SPECIFIC TASKS. A Cleaver Brooks model CBLE-4D-700-100-125HW (460/3/60)-UC-
STD/CFG with the following characteristics shall be delivered to JBSA-Lackland:
2.1. Characteristics

3. DELIVERY. The contractor is responsible for the delivery of the commodity to the delivery address: 1675 Gott Street, JBSA-Lackland, TX 78236. Contractor shall coordinate delivery with 502d CES Project Government Representative Eddie Velez at (210) 671-5142 or Victor
Reyna (210) 671-3924.
4. HOURS OF OPERATION. Normal duty hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, except on government holidays.
5. QUALITY ASSURANCE. The government will perform inspections of equipment upon delivery by authorized personnel from 502d CE Planning Engineering.
6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Contractor has 30 days after the contract is awarded to deliver the boiler requested.
7. CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY. The contractor shall guarantee all materials and labor for one year as a warranty and honor the manufactures warranty.
