About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract Form (FA468626QS010) issued by the Air Force for a Single Airmen Retreat to be held at Beale Air Force Base, California.
The solicitation seeks lodging, conference room accommodations, and meals for 45 people over a 2-night period from March 26-28, 2026. The requirement is structured as a single firm fixed-price line item (PSC V231) with quantity of 1 lot. Offerors must submit a technical approach (maximum 5 pages) detailing their ability to meet requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Objectives, along with a detailed cost quote breaking down charges separately for lodging, meals, and conference facility and equipment. Evaluation will first assess technical acceptability; if the lowest-priced offer meets technical requirements, no further quotes will be evaluated. If additional proposals require technical evaluation, they will be selected by lowest evaluated price (TEP). Past performance will be assessed as acceptable or unacceptable based on one to three relevant contract examples, with an unknown performance record treated as acceptable. Payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) using Invoice 2in1 document type, with payment routing to F87700 DoDAAC and service acceptance/inspection at F1H0B7 DoDAAC (9 CPTS, Beale AFB). Contact information includes SSgt Evan Boss (evan.boss@us.af.mil, 530-634-2218) and contracting officer point of contact Ezekiel Onumah (ezekiel.onumah.1@us.af.mil) for WAWF inquiries.
