All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly), plus an additional $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for specific contract circumstances. Employees are entitled to two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus a minimum of twelve paid holidays annually. The determination includes special provisions for computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous duty pay differentials (4-8 percent), and uniform allowances ($3.35 per week). Contractors must comply with Service Contract Act requirements and conform any unlisted occupations through the SF-1444 process with Department of Labor approval.
