Statement of Work Leased Vehicles

1. General Requirements

The Federal Emergency Management Agency requires the procurement of leased vehicles. Vehicles will be needed to provide sustainable support for operations with the recovery in Tinian, MP.

The Contractor shall provide 1 vehicle: 4x4 Trucks. The terms of this contract to include: unlimited mileage; full tank of gas per vehicle upon pick up; safety inspection and maintenance to be performed by contractor. Shipping of vehicle to be done by contractor.

Delivery of Vehicle are within 7 days after Award. Delivery/pick-up will occur on behalf of the contractor.

Changes to Statement of Work

Any changes to this SOW shall be authorized and approved only through written correspondence from the Contracting Officer (CO). Costs incurred by the contractor through the actions of parties other than the CO shall be borne by the contractor

2. Period of Service Performance

The Contractor shall provide services for a base period of three (3) months from the date of award with options to extend.

4. Government Responsibilities

Upon award, FEMA will assign a facility primary Point of Contact (POC), and a Contracting Officer’s Representative COR). The POC will receive deliverables on site and sign the delivery slip. The COR will schedule deliveries, authorize invoices, and receive signed delivery slips. These personnel may be changed via email from the CO during the Period of Performance.
