STATEMENT OF WORK

01 June 2023

1. Background. The 3 MXS has a requirement for electrical run and hookup of power to a new Air Wash Booth, Respirator washer, replacement of 14 each new LED Lights in the large Aircraft Paint Booth and electrical power ran and connected to the new Hand-Held Laser (HHL) Room.

This requirement is for the upgrade of existing lights and initial hookup of new equipment.

General. This is a non-personal services contract to provide electrical power to upgrade existing equipment as well as initially established new equipment. Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials to support operation to include electrical wire, conduit, hangers, wall mounts, power disconnect box and other routine industry standard sundries. Contractor is required to meet Local, State and Federal Building Codes and requirements IAW 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 (OSHA General and Construction Laws specifically 1926.1427)". The work will be conducted during normal day shift hours at Bldg. 6263. There is a 32’ scissor lift available on site for use if needed.

2. Description of Services. The electrical contractor shall perform the electrical power run and hook up.

2.1. The electrical contract service provider is required to provide a positive response that they can accommodate requested movement date within 7 days.

2.2. The electrical contract service provider is responsible for transportation of vendor employees and equipment on/off base during operations.

2.3. The electrical service provider is responsible for required power to equipment in accordance with manufacture set-up and specifications.

3. Government Provided Equipment/Information.

3.1. A GS 3232 Scissor Lift is available on site if needed.

3.2. Requestor (AF) will provide equipment electrical schematics as required.
