- Installation of chain link fabric. To be laid horizontally over the top of fill within foundation capping, prior to the foundation being covered.

- Adding additional fill above the chain-link fabric and re-vegetating so the area matches the surrounding environment.

Due to the sensitive nature of the site. Work will proceed according to the following steps as outlined in the project drawings on page 14 of this document.

1. Existing pathway and staircase leading to the site are to be removed without disturbing existing foundation or debris within.

2. Geofabric will be laid across entire footprint of the foundation and be covered with select borrow material.

3. Material will be added to the hole – NO compaction shall be conducted within 3’ of the debris zone.

4. At the top of the foundation 6’ tall chain link fabric will be rolled out horizontally across the entire footprint.

5. Additional fill will be added above the chain link fabric. This material will be compacted once placed with excavator bucket compaction for every 1’ of material placed.

6. Re-seeding and mulching will be conducted on the affected areas.
