About this file
The document is a Price Matrix for an Apprentice Training Program service associated with Solicitation W519TC25Q2138 issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal. The matrix requires contractors to provide unit pricing for complete training sessions to develop Journeyman Machinists, covering 1st and 2nd year training for up to 10 employees across five ordering periods.
The pricing template instructs offerors to fill in blue-shaded boxes with unit prices for each ordering period, with a total evaluated price calculated by summing the unit prices across all periods. The document specifies a guaranteed minimum of one complete training session, and allows contractors to submit multiple matrices with alternate quotes. Pricing is to be entered with two decimal places, and the solicitation appears focused on establishing a training program to develop skilled machinist apprentices for the Army's technical training needs.
