About this file
This document is a Manufacturing and Overhaul (M&O) Acquisition and Engineering Data (AED) Requirements Data sheet for a hydraulic manifold used in the AH-64 Apache helicopter system. The document provides detailed technical specifications for NSN 4730-01-326-4375, Part Number 266500-1009, which is a non-commercial, non-Critical Safety Item (CSI) component. Key requirements include establishing equivalency for local-built and non-OEM test equipment, documenting and submitting certification processes to the government within 30 days of contract award, and identifying special tooling and test equipment needed for manufacturing.
The document mandates that potential contractors must include a section in their proposals detailing their plan to meet government special tooling and test equipment requirements, with options including physical possession of required tools, confirmed requisitions, subcontracting arrangements, or specific plans to develop equivalent tools. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to detailed DMWR (Depot Maintenance Work Requirements) procedures, including final assembly and testing protocols, and comply with specific IUID (Unique Item Identification) requirements outlined in multiple Manufacturing Engineering Orders (MEOs). The document was last verified on 3 May 2024 and is associated with a Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal solicitation.

NCritical Safety Item?
There are no emerging airworthiness issues, no issues related to ECPs affecting the CSI status, and no concerns over durability for AH-64 Manifold, Hydraulic at the time of this review.
Special Airworthiness Considerations
FCDD-AMR-SS CSI/PQDR Branch has verified the CSI/NST status through the ARISE CIM on 25 October 2023 and the part is Non-CSI and Non-NST. JC
Other Requirements / Comments
If the item is not a CSI and no adequate DMWR is available, approved sources, if any, are listed by CAGE as follows:
YSpecial Post-Contract Award Requirements?
The contractor is responsible to establish equivalency of all local-built and non-OEM test equipment and assemblies and the certification of equivalency to OEM tooling and test equipment specified in the DMWR. The process to establish equivalency and certification of release for production shall be documented, including the parameters/guidelines used to achieve equivalency and certification of release for production. All collected data from the determination and certification of equivalency shall be provided to SRD for review and approval 30 days after contract award.
All known deviations from the DMWR requirements shall be clearly documented and submitted for review and approval by SRD no less than 14 days prior to PVA days after contract award.
Special Post-Contract Award Requirements
The applicable DMWR contains detailed procedures regarding IUID requirements for this component. These procedures can be found in MEO(s) E2090, E2091, E2092A and E2093.
Other Requirements / Comments (Part II)
FCDD-AMR-SS CSI/PQDR Branch has re-verified the CSI/NST status through the ARISE CIM on 3 May 2024 and the part is still Non-CSI and Non-NST. There are no required changes. JC
