About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire to be completed by a point of contact regarding a contractor's performance on a federal contract. The questionnaire requests information on the contractor's program management, cost control, timeliness of performance, and quality of deliverables. Respondents are asked to provide ratings on a scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory, and to explain any adverse issues, noting the extent to which the contractor or other factors were responsible. The questionnaire also requests information on any other relevant past efforts by the contractor.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for Vehicular Track Shoes, NSN 2530-01-587-6141, issued by the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal. The resulting contract will be a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one-year option. The solicitation calls for 37,599 base quantity and 37,599 option quantity units. The technical data package for the item is export controlled, and access requires Joint Certification Program certification. The government requires military-level packaging. Interested parties must periodically monitor the solicitation on SAM.gov for any amendments.
