About this file
This document is a technical specifications sheet for a mobile sifter machine required to process and separate various excavated and waste materials. The sifter must be skid steer loader-compatible and capable of processing up to 110 tons per hour with a feed height of 6 to 8 feet and stockpile height of 3 feet or higher. The equipment must be mobile, electric-powered, and able to screen materials down to 0.06 inches in size, with processed materials including compost, concrete, demolition waste, gravel, rock, sand, soil, stone, and topsoil. The separator must remove all non-target materials to a separate pile for efficient sorting operations.
The sifter specifications require an electric engine type with electronic load-sensing control to maintain continuous workflow efficiency. All frame and structural components must be galvanized steel to ensure extended machine durability and longevity. The equipment must combine efficiency with transportability, capable of either being easily transported or moving independently to accommodate various job sites and material processing requirements.
