*Data must be provided in Government compatible software (e.g. Microsoft Office or Portable Document Format (PDF)).
*Submit requested information electronically to the contracting office who then shall forward to the design activity (ECBC) and Customer POCs (PdM-SKOT and RIA-JMTC).
*Block 12: Date of first submission shall be due at the Provisioning Guidance Conference (PGC). The Government has 60 days to accept/reject and provide comments. The Contractor shall respond to the Government within 5 days with a re-submission to address Government comments.
*Block 13: Date of subsequent submission shall be due 14 days prior to any PRC events.
The Government shall provide acceptance/rejection at the PRC events. The Contractor shall encompass the entirety of all Government approved changes 10 days after PRC events.
Final draft submissions shall be due 30 days after the final PRC. The Government has 20 days to accept/reject and provide comments. The Contractor shall have 10 days to incorporate changes. Final delivery shall encompass the entirety of all Government approved changes and shall be due 90 days prior to the end of the contract. Revision will be required through the life of the contract.
