About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNCX) for Platform One's Iron Bank Value Stream, seeking industry input on enhancing cybersecurity within container infrastructure. The RFI focuses on creating and maintaining approximately 50 Iron Bank Core images at an enterprise licensing level, with specific requirements including a 60-day validation period for Big Bang instance deployment, adherence to FIPS 140-3 standards, and rapid response to Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) with timelines ranging from 5 days for critical issues to 60 days for low-severity vulnerabilities.
Interested vendors must submit a four-page white paper in Microsoft Word format by September 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST to Lisa Hartman via email. The submission should include administrative information such as contact details, recommended contracting strategy, business type (with a focus on small business classifications), and facility security clearance. The document emphasizes that this is an information-gathering exercise only, with no guarantee of future procurement, and all submissions will become government property. Potential respondents are advised that the government may use non-government advisors to review responses, and may or may not choose to conduct follow-up discussions with vendors.
