About this file
The document is a Financial Proposal Form related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of Labor (LABOR) for an Online Learning Portal (OLP) system. The RFP seeks a state-of-the-art, cloud-based SaaS OLP and associated services for adult learning and development, including the ability for businesses to enter job openings and have the system match and notify qualified applicants. The Financial Proposal Form includes pricing for various OLP deliverables such as training, reporting, continuous support, and production/deployment, with the total evaluated proposal price being $0.00 for the base year and two option years. The RFP specifies assumptions of 40 LABOR administrators/trainers and 18,000 users.
The pricing terms indicate that the total evaluated proposal price will be used solely for price evaluation, comparison, and selection for recommendation of award. The RFP does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding requirements and sources.
