About this file
This is a technical specification document for a mobile vehicle lift system (RG 6.5 HD-VG). The procurement requires one complete set of four vehicle lifts designed for lifting buses and commercial vehicles safely at the tires in an inside workshop environment.
Performance and Technical Requirements: Each lift must have a minimum lifting capacity of 6,500 kg, a minimum lifting stroke of 1,800 mm (effective), and a minimum lifting speed of 500 mm/min. The system includes a manual adjustable wheel receiver accommodating five tire size positions (V1 through V5) ranging from 390 mm to 570 mm to support tire diameters between 550 and 1,140 mm, with a minimum tire rim diameter of 320 mm. The drive system uses electromechanical drive via geared brake motor with integrated holding brake, featuring robust welded steel construction from shot-blasted profiles and plates with a beveled base frame. Hydraulic steering and pump drawbar are functionally equivalent to a pallet truck. Surface treatment consists of 1K hydro primer and 2K PUR structural topcoat with a durable polyurethane finish resistant to water, hydraulic oil, grease, coolants, and solvents.
Electrical and Control Systems: Power requirement is minimum 2.2 kW per lift with IP55 motor protection, 5-pin male 32A CEE-socket connection, and 3-phase 400V, 50 Hz operating voltage. The control system includes a central control box with 10m power supply cable and 5-pin CEE plug, indicator lights, emergency-stop main switch, illuminated control button, selector switches for remote or special pushbutton operation, raise/lower pushbuttons, and 15m remote control with hold-to-run buttons. Minimum cable lengths are 0.5 meters for Lift 1, 10 meters for Lifts 2 and 3, and 15 meters for Lift 4. Safety and Compliance: Safety features include self-locking spindle system with support and safety nuts, safety relay for emergency stop and contractor monitoring, and electrically monitored support nut and steering drawbar chassis. The system must comply with EN 1493:2010 vehicle lift standard, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and include CE marking and Declaration of Conformity. Welding must be certified to EN 1090-2 (EXCL2) and inspected by TÜV, with quality system certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015 by DGUV. Documentation Requirements: Deliverables include original inspection book, operating and maintenance instructions, overview drawing, spare parts list, and wiring scheme with electrical spare parts list located inside the control box.
