Garbage on the floor, in the entrance, or immediately adjacent to the building will be collected and disposed of. Power washing should be conducted on one of the two cleanings so long as paint is not damaged by the power washer. For subsequent cleanings, a bucket or bug type sprayer with cleaning solution and a brush can be used for cleaning in lieu of the power washer as long as all stains, debris, and human waste are removed from the riser, seat, and lid. No human waste will be visible inside or outside of the riser including the seat and the lid. Bathroom entrance and floors will be swept out.
