About this file
This document contains a past performance evaluation form and details of a federal contract opportunity. The past performance evaluation form requests information on a contractor's performance on a previous contract, including their ability to recruit and retain qualified personnel, meet contract requirements in terms of quality, timeliness and responsiveness. It asks the evaluating party to provide comments on the contractor's strengths and weaknesses, overall satisfaction with the contractor, and awareness of any other similar contracted efforts.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a solicitation set aside for Alaska Native Corporations, Hawaiian Native Organizations, and Indian Tribes. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department intends to award multiple fixed-price IDIQ contracts for information technology, supply chain, and logistics support services in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command Business Systems Center. Questions submitted during the pre-solicitation period have been answered and attached. The question response period closes on May 15, 2020.
