About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details an RFID Inventory Management System procurement for the 60 Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Armory. The system, which must be compatible with Apptricity Enterprise Asset and Inventory Management Version 7.x, will replace current paper-based weapon and ammunition tracking processes. The requirement includes 3 concurrent back office user accesses, 3 mobile user accesses, NIPR/IL6 hosting, server installations, onsite training, and various RFID hardware components such as 492 non-metal RFID tags, 642 ceramic RFID tags for rifles, 465 ceramic RFID tags for handguns, one Zebra handheld RFID/barcode scanner, two RFID desktop USB scanners, and four USB CaC readers.
Key specifications include NIPR/SIPR compatibility with Air Force Security Control Assessor approval, cloud-based real-time data storage, and a comprehensive 120-day delivery timeline. The project timeline spans approximately 120 days after receipt of order (ARO), with detailed milestones including project planning, requirements validation, hardware procurement and installation, environment setup, configuration, system verification, training, and go-live deployment. The primary objective is to significantly reduce Security Forces' weapon inventory and arming response times by 20 minutes while improving operational security by eliminating paper-based tracking methods.
