The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies; obtaining necessary approvals from Cape May County Environmental Health Division; ensuring worker safety training and hazard awareness; classifying and sorting debris for proper disposal; recycling materials when feasible per NJDEP Clean Communities standards; decontaminating surfaces using EPA-registered disinfectants; and providing comprehensive documentation including disposal receipts, waste tracking manifests, recycling records, and a closeout report. The bid structure includes a base bid for Site 1 cleanup with two additive alternatives for Site 1a and Site 2 cleanup.
