STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Project Title: Family Housing Loaner Furniture Program Lifecycle Replacement Locations: Commander, Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH) - Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) & Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF)

1.0 Background and Objective

This procurement represents a critical lifecycle replacement action intended to revamp the Family Housing Loaner Furniture inventory for Commander, Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH). By replacing worn items that have exceeded their service life, the program aims to eliminate frequent service complaints and directly improve the quality of life for service members.

Furthermore, this order supports a strategic operational shift at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). PMRF will assume internal management of the loaner program starting March 2027.

Procuring these assets now enables PMRF to successfully transition away from third-party vendor reliance by the March deadline, allowing for greater operational control and long-term cost savings.
