Tasks
1. The portable storage container shall be delivered to the NAWCTSD Orlando Partnership 1 Building as soon as practical after the start of service.
2. The Government will alert the vendor when the container has been loaded and is ready to be moved to the next site, ASTC Lemoore.
3. The container will remain at ASTC Lemoore for several months.
4. The Government will alert the vendor when the container is ready to be moved to the next site. The next delivery site will be determined at that time.
5. The container will remain at each site for several months before moving to the next. Again, the next site will be determined by the Government and communicated to the vendor when pickup is scheduled. The entire length of service may be up to five years.
6. After the last site has been serviced the Government will request the container be returned to NAWCTSD Orlando.
7. The Government will alert the vendor when the container has been emptied, is ready to be returned to the vendor and service to be ended.
All of the sites, other than NAWCTSD Orlando, are aboard military installations. The vendor’s driver must be able to obtain base access.
A spreadsheet is attached that provides all possible combinations of pickup and delivery locations in order to facilitate the creation of the vendor’s quote. The template is organized by year, but the periods of service for each matrix may be defined as the vendor sees fit.
