About this file
This solicitation and attached salient characteristics document specify requirements for a millimeter electrical network analyzer system. The Naval Research Laboratory requires a base unit to operate from 10MHz to 43GHz with extension modules to 75-110GHz and 140-220GHz. The system must meet detailed technical specifications for parameters including dynamic range, noise floor, power output, trace noise, tracking accuracy, temperature stability, and measurement capabilities. Offerors must provide documentation demonstrating the product offered meets all specifications. Quotes are due by January 28, 2021 and shall be submitted electronically to the specified Navy office. Award will be made to the offeror providing the most advantageous quote meeting the brand name justification and technical requirements.
