About this file
This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for RFP #S-63500-00010297 issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The RFP is seeking a contractor to provide a fixed-wing aircraft with an experienced pilot and a fuel truck with a licensed driver to survey wolf populations in the jurisdictions of Union County, Wallowa County, and Eugene City. The outreach plan requires the offeror to identify if they are an Oregon certified firm, provide a list of certified firms and other minority/women/veteran/emerging small businesses they have worked with, and describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms for subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. The offeror must also be willing to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID).
The RFP does not provide specific pricing terms or funding information. However, it emphasizes that certified firms must have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed with state funds.
