About this file
This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for RFP #Bid S-63500-00004219 for the 2022 Deschutes Fall Chinook Aerial Redd Surveys project issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW). The project involves hiring a helicopter and pilot to count chinook redds along the Deschutes River in Wasco County, Oregon. Offerors must describe their efforts to solicit participation from certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses as subcontractors, including listing any such firms they have worked with in the past two years. Offerors must also indicate if they foresee any subcontracting opportunities and provide details on the types of work and approximate dollar values if so.
The document requires the selected contractor to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract. No pricing or funding information is provided. The contract opportunity does not appear to have any set-asides or incumbents mentioned.
