About this file

This document is a Cost Worksheet for the Department of General Services - Procurement Division, specifically for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 35627 for Financial Technology Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The worksheet outlines a comprehensive project implementation timeline with 13 distinct deliverables, including management and control, initiation, installation, application tool connectivity, training, solution configuration, data migration, system readiness, testing, stabilization, deployment, go-live support, and closing phases. The contract includes a 12-month SaaS subscription period and allows for change requests up to 10% of the total deliverable costs.

The pricing structure is designed for bidders to complete yellow input cells, with automatic calculation of extension costs. The worksheet provides line items for each project phase, a change request allocation, and monthly SaaS subscription services. While specific pricing is not populated in this template, it offers a structured approach for vendors to quote their proposed costs across different implementation stages. The document includes provisions for a contingency period and supports a phased implementation approach, with clear delineation of each project milestone and associated potential costs.
