About this file

The document is a Pricing Submittal Form (Attachment D) for RFQ S-62900-00014719, a White River-Wasco County Fuels Reduction project for Fiscal Year 2026. The solicitation covers fuels reduction services across eight separate units in the Endersby and Stockton areas, with a total estimated acreage of 252.4 acres. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and supervision to perform cutting and piling fuels reduction services for the agency.

The pricing structure requires bidders to provide a unit price per acre for each of the eight units, with the total bid calculated by multiplying the estimated acreage by the proposed unit price. The agency reserves the right to award all, part, or none of the items based on their best interests. All travel, equipment maintenance, transportation, and other expenses must be included in the unit price, and no additional costs for move-in, move-out, or demobilization will be paid. Payment will only be made for inspected work that meets the agency's acceptable quality standards, and the estimated quantities listed are not a guarantee of purchase.
