The contract is for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years. The government will not provide any equipment, facilities, or personnel to support the contractor. The contractor must adhere to installation security policies and provide a safety plan. Invoicing and record-keeping requirements are also detailed. The performance threshold is to launder the items when requested 90% of the time, with a maximum of three valid customer complaints per month.
