This is a general side profile of the fence. Total 10 foot tall with a curl up to 2 feet from the base of the fence. The curl will get covered with dirt from the site instead of burying it. The weave of the fence can be as big as 8x8 inch as long as the bottom 4 feet and the curl are covered by a 1x1 inch weave to prevent lagomorphs from digging and slipping into the fence area.

Posts can be metal or wood. Some of the sites are rocky so metal posts may be easier to install. One vehicle gate for maintenance and access for each of the enclosures.

The fence material can be either metal or plastic as long as it can last 20 years and keep deer out.

The fence needs to be a total of 10 feet high, if a single 10 foot section is not used it can be made up of 2 other sections that total 10 feet in height and the seam has an overlap secured together so that it can’t separate and allow deer to slip in-between as has happened before. The fence designed to be a deterrent to keep animals out and not trying to keep them in.
