About this file

This document outlines salient characteristics for a millimeter electrical network analyzer system procurement. The Naval Research Laboratory requires a 4-port network analyzer unit with frequency extender modules to operate from 10 MHz to 220 GHz for electrical characterization of components in receiver systems. The system must meet specified dynamic range, noise floor, power output, trace noise, reflection and transmission tracking parameters, and temperature stability. Additional requirements include noise figure measurement features, spectrum analysis software to 120 GHz, and the ability to perform scattering parameter and active device measurements. Contract N00173-21-P-6000 was awarded to Technical Communities, Inc. on February 25, 2021 for $543,356.70 to fulfill these requirements.
