The contract incorporates multiple DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement) and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) clauses addressing critical compliance areas including cybersecurity maturity model certification (CMMC) requirements at specified levels, item unique identification and valuation standards, hazard warning labels, wide area workflow payment instructions, and continuation of essential contractor services. Key requirements include contractor compliance with CMMC Level 1 (Self) or higher for information systems processing federal contract information or controlled unclassified information; submission of CMMC unique identifiers through the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS); provision of unique item identifiers on delivered items exceeding $5,000 unit acquisition cost using ISO/IEC data matrix symbology; and maintenance of current cybersecurity status affirmations on an annual basis. Additional mandatory provisions encompass Service Contract Labor Standards, Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act certifications, small business set-aside considerations, equal opportunity requirements, and anti-trafficking and anti-corruption representations. Payment procedures require electronic submission through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system with specific routing data to designated DoDAAC codes (F87700 for payment, FA4625 for administration, F4E3ZA for service approval and acceptance). The contract also mandates compliance with MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 for marking and shipment procedures, hazardous materials identification protocols, and specific deviations from standard FAR provisions designated as Deviation 2026-O0038 and related modifications.
