text: 13.1 The security escort provider must comply with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101, 30th Space Wing Integrated Defense Plan (IDP); DoDM5220.22V2_AFMAN16-1406V2, 8 MAY 2020; local security requirements; and must possess a valid Facility Clearance at the Top Secret or higher level issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).

13.2 The contractor will require unescorted entry to facilities and areas where special controls have been established to protect classified information of mission critical resources. Unescorted entry to these areas will require the contractor's employees to possess a current/valid TOP SECRET security clearance. Unescorted entry to these areas will be in accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31-101, 30th Space Wing Integrated Defense Plan (IDP).
