SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
1. Boxes must contain high density, two tone layered foam, with a minimum 3 year delamination warranty. The foam must be cut by the vendor to shadow the tools within. The shadows must have “ease of removal” cutouts for hard to remove items (i.e. wrenches, plyers, etc.). Additional cuts must be cut by the vendor for Locally Manufactured Equipment (LME). LME tools should be kept to the same drawer as much as possible. Boxes must have the ability for all drawers to be locked (single lock bar) and all drawers must roll on ball bearings. The bottom drawer on all boxes (APG/E&E/AVI/ENG) must be at least 8 inches deep.
2. The Tools must have a lifetime warranty to the max extent possible. All tools must be laser etched by the vendor with Big Bombs’ World Wide Identifier (to be given once contract is awarded) prior to delivery. Tools must be Foreign Object Damage (FOD) compliant to the max extent possible.
Free shipping must be included with purchase and annotated in the official quote.
