The project involves testing approximately 46 houses for lead-based paint and 9 houses for asbestos across three locations: Diamond Lake Ranger District, Steamboat Work Center, and Tiller Ranger District in Oregon. The base performance period is from 15 September 2025 to 30 November 2026, with buildings ranging from 40 to 94 years old.

The contractor must be certified by the Oregon Health Authority as a Lead-Based Paint Activities Firm and an EPA-approved asbestos inspector. The contractor will physically inspect each building, take samples, and track results using specific task sheets, with an acceptable quality level of 95% for all tasks. No government-furnished property is included, and the contract is structured as a non-personnel services contract.
