STATEMENT OF WORK

Niobrara National Scenic River requires the selected vendor to manufacture and install a custom vinyl wrap for its trailer (see diagrams for dimensions). The trailer must clearly convey its association with the National Park Service and be visually appealing to meet visitor expectations.

It serves as a mobile educational and orientation tool for park users throughout the area. The wrap must possess UV-resistant and scratch-resistant properties.

The park understands that the vendor may need to verify the trailer’s dimensions prior to finalizing the design. A preliminary design has been provided by the Government to reflect the general complexity of the required wrap. Additionally, all necessary image and font assets will be supplied to the vendor to support the design and production process.

Using the provided assets, the vendor shall create a final design that aligns with the core concepts of the government’s mockup. The vendor must verify all measurements before production and is encouraged to apply creative input. If any image asset is found to be of insufficient quality for final printing, the vendor shall notify the park so that a suitable replacement can be provided.

Before printing, the vendor must submit a first proof of the design for the park’s review and confirmation of compliance with National Park Service brand standards.

Period of Performance (100 Calendar Days):

The 100-day period of performance includes the following milestones:

• Design Finalization: 30 calendar days allocated for vendor collaboration, feedback, and final approval of the design by the Government.

• Trailer Delivery to Installer: Must occur within 5 business days following Government design approval.

• Wrap Completion and Pickup: After the installer completes the wrap, the trailer must be made available for pickup within 5 business days.

• Wrap Installation: The installer will have 60 calendar days to complete the wrap installation once the trailer is received.

The Period of Performance is contingent upon the contract award date and will begin as specified in the final contract.

The final wrap installation must be free from bubbles, misaligned seams, or other defects.

The government will transport the trailer to the vendor’s installer location and will coordinate the delivery, installation schedule, and trailer pickup.

Installer facility must be within a 250-mile radius driving distance of Valentine, Nebraska.

• Driving-distance to installation shall be computed from the following location:

214 W US Highway 20, Valentine, NE 69201
