b. Replace the existing Zone Manager controller, (1) Honeywell XL800 controller, (2) Honeywell XL 500 controllers, (1) Honeywell XL50 controller, (18) VAV controllers and (1) BNA (Building Network Adapter) with (3) CPO-PC400 controllers, (1) CPO room controller, and (18) CPO-VAV2A controllers with thermostats. All field controllers must be Comfort Point Open style controllers programmed with Comfort Point Open Studio. Comfort Point Jace and all other Jace controllers are not allowed on the Ellsworth base network.

2.1.1. Building 7712 Work Environment: All areas are easily accessible. All bus wire is in conduit or free aired and the VAVs are accessible via drop ceilings in the office spaces. If the bus was free aired already it can stay that way but if conduit is available then use that route instead. The only TCPIP network drop is located in the West upstairs Server/Mechanical Room, if any more network drops are needed, the contractor will run Cat 6 cable to the switch and Ellsworth AFB will program the TCPIP port.
2.2. Building 8205:
a. Install new BACnet bus communication wire (approximately 2000’) in a polarity sensitive daisy chain pattern to all the thermostats, VAV controllers and Comfort Point Open controllers.
b. Replace the existing Zone Manager controller, (3) Honeywell XL500 controllers, (1) Honeywell XL 100 controller, (50) VAV controllers and BNA (Building Network Adapter) with (3) CPO-PC400 controllers, (1) CPO room controller and (50) CPO- VAV2A controllers with thermostats. All field controllers must be Comfort Point Open style controllers programmed with Comfort Point Open Studio. Comfort Point Jace and all other Jace controllers are not allowed on the Ellsworth base network.
