Survey Grade Global Position Systems (GPS) or comparable traditional survey methods will be used to collect geospatial data (e.g., northing, easting, and elevation above or below the Earth's surface) for all contract activities where geospatial data is involved. This data will be obtained at the time of construction and prior to burial in the case of underground utilities. This data must be delivered to the installation in an open Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) with the associated attribute data.
