All quotes must be inclusive of shipping and handling costs.

Delivery is preferred within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) on an FOB destination basis, with offerors required to specify the actual delivery date on SF1449. All bundles must be delivered to the NPS Warehouse at 5083 Foresta Road, El Portal, California 95318, with delivery scheduled at least 48 hours in advance during operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday (unless pre-approved, deliveries will not be accepted on Fridays, weekends, or Federal holidays). The contractor is responsible for unloading freight at the docking bay. Offerors must account for current road restrictions and construction activities in the park, including vehicle size limitations (vehicles over 45 feet prohibited) and one-way controlled traffic 20 miles east of Mariposa due to rockslide repairs. Road closures and travel delays are considered existing conditions and will not be cause for additional compensation.
